creating layout code, need help knowing where to place stuff Options

okay, i need someone who can help me out. i made a layout, ... which i've done before, ....... but now i need the code to place everything everywhere, ya know?

... i need someone who can use the image and match where all the links will go cordinately and how to put the text box where it should be.. sorta hard by myself, wondering if someone would be willing to help me..

Okay, now that I have the layout IMAGE, i need a code to place everything where they should be....
