how do you make a layout like this:
http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=P00FiSHxBANNERSZ I know there are layout tutorials here at cb, but they are for professional ones and stuff, but this one is just kind of like..hex codes (mostly), and stuff....so..can someone PLEASEEEEEEEe help me? Explain everything on that xanga to me. |
