STALKER, *sigh Options

last summer i liked this guy. and he said he didnt like me back so i believed him. and i stopped liking him cause i figured i didnt like him much.

then the next may or something i find out he likes me. and i don't like him because i like this other guy. a LOT. and i'm not going back for that guy. i have no feelings for him.

and now i find out he might transfer to my school because his school is shutting down. at first, i didn't mind. i brushed it off and didn't care. BUT NOW.. i just found out he asked evry friend that i have that he knows for my phone number. of course, and fortunately, no one gave him it. but he keeps asking me for it. he keeps asking 38473 people omg. and then he went through his old phonebook so that he could find out my home number cause i gave it to him when i liked him. and then i told him not to call because i barely pick up, which is a lie, and he asked me for my cell. of course i dont want to tell him. but i dont want to tell him off and hurt his feelings.. he even keeps saying to me "if i come to your school, and i'm better than the guy you like, would you like me?" i dont know if he knows.. but i won't get over the guy i like right now jsut because he's better(which he isn't).

this is getting far beyond i expected.. i'm sorry if i sound like im bragging because someone likes me, or if i seem immature because im acting like this but i'm not usually like this. this guy is freaking me out. he acts so desperate. he thinks i like him although i told him i like someone else, and wants my phone number so desperately. and i can't hurt his feelings but i kinda need to. and if i do, its gunna be akward if he's in my school. idk what should i do? and don't just critcize me for being harsh, i know i am but i cant help it..

so what exactly should i do? how can i tell him i dont like him without hurting his feelings? has this ever happened to you?
