Comments and Page Shifting Options

Hi.
I'm new here and I need some help with my myspace page. I have several questions. (a) How do I get my page to look normal and not all over the place when using Internet Explorer? (I use Firefox and my page looks fine.) (b) Is there a code to shift my page down like <a href="http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=234075&Mytoken=20050620150649">THIS</a> so I can add an image or text at the top of my page? and © How do I hide my comments and comments <b>only</b>? (I used all the other codes but it also took away the "View all of XXXX's friends" and I want to keep that.)
