i, Robot Options

[kill me please]

*sigh* im sorry i didnt want to ask this. but i am. does anyone know about the book i, robot.. no not the movie. i have to do a project on it and i want to start on it now but im only like half way through the book=/ im trying to figure out if the book and the movie are the same or if they are totally different. i know that the book is like a collection of storys (sort of) but im not to sure about it. i was going to just read some cliff notes online to decide the basic story but i couldnt find any on this book .
see my project is called an "easy book" you make a simplified version of the book and i really just wanted to base it off the movie because its cool. but yeah.. anyone read it that can help me?
edit: just forget it.. i just did it and turned it in today. i guess nobody read this book huh. oh well, this may be closed.
