i know someone made a topic of this already but i have photoshop 2.0 so some of the tutorial won't work for me becuz i don't have the other rectangular shape so how do you do those scan lines in photoshop 2.0
image sorry i got it from the other topic ok  so can i have a tutorial for only photoshop element 2.0 please and thank you!!
