Help me please!, borders, entries, and centering Options

Ok, I found a code to put borders around entries and I figured out how to change the width and everything but my problem is once I change the width I cant get the entries to be centered. I messed with code for a while trying to get it centered with no success. Here's the code I'm using:

Is there anyway I can add to that to make it centered? Cuz everything I've tried didnt work. I figure some one reading that has to better with this than I am. Please help if you can. Thanx.
