I started this for the vexel contest (I'm sure most of you will recognize the picture!!), but when I got finished on the face and went to start the shoulder, I sat back and actually looked at it.
It sucks. So I pulled out of the contest, and now I just want some advice from you. It obviously sucks, but what can I do to improve it??  This is my first one, by the way.
