Skin Help, Newcomer at This... Options

i`m making a skin..well I made it and i'm trying to put navigation on another side of the page..and it's not working! here's my code (i haven't replaces the about me part yet)

What happens is..the blog is in the position that the other div is supposed to be in..and I can't see the div at all! Help?

EDIT .. Here's a screenshot of the skin..as you can see, I want the navigation on the far right.
