Absolute Positioning, Top Right Options

Hey guys n gals.. I'm having some trouble with my new Xanga Design, and the search on CB doesn't seem to work for me, so maybe you folks could help.

I need my image map to start on the top right of the page, but also, I've noticed some of your xangas stretch downwards forever(or at least as far as your posts) without being on the image map(or part of it). How do you do that? If you can't figure out what I'm talking about, check out Xquizits xanga. The top right is the pic, then it stretches down for as long as it needs. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Also, I've found lots of ways to move the scrollbar to the left, but it always moves both scrollbars to the left, I just want the Entry's Scrollbar to the left.
