Okay so I recorded a video of me talking as my new weblog entry and I'm ready to upload it. It's 5 minutes long but it's a whopping 300 MB. Is this normal for a webcam video? Does it need to be compressed or whatever? It's in .wma format I believe, but I don't think my hosting site can handle that much of a space and if it does, it will take a while to upload.

What to do?

Also on a related note, what is the script for which I can add a windows media player video (with stop, play, pause) in a weblog entry. and starts when the visitor clicks play, not automatically starting when they enter?

Thanks. I appreciate it.
