Background in Left Side Modules, The code doesnt work any more Options

Hello, umm ok. I was using this code to put a background into the left side modules. It worked for about 10 minutes and then stopped working. I went back and refound the code and tried it again but it still didnt work. Does anyone know how to fix it?
