Can't get into L&F, Skin doesn't have the link, What do i do |

I got this new skin for my Xanga, and i am relatively new with the whole skins thing. The skin i am using does not have the Look & Feel link on the front page, so how do i get back intot he Look & Feel page on my Xanga?
