Have you ever thought about something made up in your head and ended up believing it? That happens to me. I can think up these scenarios with people I know and end up believing them and being sad. Just things that the people could do to hurt me, make me feel bad and etc.. Later to just forgetting about it. It lasts for the moment and for that moment, everything is crappy. My bf said that is called something but couldn't remember. I get these thoughts all the time.
