okay, i'm using psp9, and i have the image how i want it, but how do i change the background from white to black? earlier, when i was messing around on ms paint, i filled the background black and some of the images, that had white near the edges, also turned black...
 there's my image. now what i would like to do, is have the area inside the lines, stay white, but the rest black. is there a way to do that? |
