Simple start and stop song, in module? Options

I've been looking for a code that will play just one song at a time, suitable for mp3s, and have a start, stop, and pause button. Also I want to fit it in my custom module, in the "listening to" box at my xanga: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=tropicanahana

Does any one know the code like this? Please help me! Thank you!!
