status bar Options

is there a script when you hover over a link, it just says the name of the link.

for example: when you hover over the link of 'xanga'...then on the status bar it will say 'xanga'

when you hover the link 'sign out' then on the status bar, it will say 'sign out'

do i sound confusing? tell me if i do. thanks.
