annoying bottom scrollbar Options

i used this code to remove the bottom links in my xanga.

it looks fine on my xanga, but when i go to my comments page a bottom scrollbar comes out of nowhere! it looks normal everywhere else.... im assuming it's because the xanga ad is more to the right on my comments page? im not really sure. how can i fix it? the link to my xanga is below.
