Modules Help, need old modules or make new ones

i changed my xanga skins and everything is good except for my left side mudules which it says
Module 1
Blah

Module 2
Blah

Module 3
Blah

Module 4
Blah

Module 5
Blah

can somebody tell me how to get my old ones back or do i just have to just retype them back in using the head crap?

ALSO: i kno this may sound easy to some but im a noob, can some body give me a script or tell me how to change the name of the props and comments link?
