Razor wire, fences and locked doors are all Bryce Dixon, 18, can see now because of a picture on his cell phone that landed him in jail on a charge he said was unjustified.

"I think it's outrageous," Dixon said.

Dixon said his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend hooked up with another guy, so he decided to get revenge.

"She let me have that picture on my camera. We got in a fight. I sent it to her best friend, which I do. I wouldn't have sent it to anyone else," Dixon said.

Police said it was a picture of the 16-year-old's bare breasts.

Because it was e-mailed on a cell phone, he's charged with computer pornography, stalking and electronic transmission of harmful information.

"The only problem is I made a mistake -- a very small mistake. It turned out to be a big charge. That's the problem," Dixon said.

Dixon wishes he could tell others to think before they act, and that sexually-oriented pictures can mean years in prison. He said he wishes he could say one more thing to his ex-girlfriend.

"I just wish I could see her face-to face and say that I'm sorry," Dixon said.

Dixon is being held on $140,000 bond. He said he hasn't had much contact with his family or lawyer, and since he can't make bail, he's got plenty of time to think about what he did wrong.
