Okay so i found this picture i fell in love withh and would love too be able too do this i think she was using paintshop pro for this i have ps & painshop pro ,psp! this is the image Anyone know how i can do this i hardly know where or what she done just a few textures but yous would prob know & would explain!:) please help!:)
