hell of a time, can't hit submit Options

okay i been working on this thing all day long. i searched through a crap load of topics but most are for regular myspace profiles and don't work in the myspace music profiles.
i'm trying to get something bandspace-ish looking. i've got it looking decent, but when i hit preview, i'm never able to get to the submit button, it's covered by the image background. i'll post the code and mayhaps someone will have an idea... thanks a ton for any help...
