Background image is displaying without layout |

So I deleted all of the HTML on about me on my friends page. And regardless it is still showing a background image and font styles. But there is no html on about me. So I decided to check out where the heck the image is coming from and when I check the CSS coding. I find an image that is in the CSS but I have no idea where I am suppose to go get rid of that AND the font styles
