Centering default picture trouble..., Code I'm using messed with everyting in About Me Options

I'm curently using this code to center my default picture and hide general information... It looks good, except for the huge problem that for some reason the scrollbar, etc I've put into my About Me section has vanished to just centered text.
Wondering if someone could help me figure this out or maybe suggest a better way to hide the General info & center the default pic..
