Links on the right side not working, help~~~ T_T Options

Hi~~ This is my first time making layouts but it seems like i dun have any talents in this~~

I dunno why but my links on the right are not working~~ (left side is fine though)

I realize when the left side (blogging area) is not fully loaded, the links on right are working, however, once it is loaded, the left link wont work anymore~~ >_<

I know there must be something wrong with my code but i dunno whats wrong, hope someone there can help.

Ps: Any idea how can i make the picture goes to the top instead of leaving a blank space there?
