Main div picture, will not move left! D= Options

I cannot for the life of me figure out why, but my main Div picture thing (don't really know how to explain it other than that..) will not move left at all. I have it positioned absolutely and at 50% and I have changed the margin from 500px up to like -2000px and it has stayed in the same exact place.

OH!: There is also a problem with one of the div sections called "off". It's not showing up at all. : (

Oh, again (sorry =X): there is a lot of space on the bottom and the the right of the profile. Maybe it has something to do with the positioning of something, but I dunno.
