Flash navigation bar, Flash experts need!!!! Options

Ok im working on this myspace

and i was trying to make a navigation bar...... i tried to use an image map in firefox it looked perfect and in internet explorer u can't click anything so i said f**k it and i did a flash for the navigation

and i did this

and it shows up fine but when i click the buttons nothing happens ?? what am i doing wrong here??
