I suppose this could turn into a question of if you're judgemental or tend to be presumptuous, but are the type of person who tends to see someone different and say something about them without knowing why they look the way they do and then when you find out why they loook the way they do you want to take back what you said?

For example, the other night I saw a woman on TV who dressed weird so I commented on it and then the reporter went on to talk about how she had been shot and that's why she was wearing what she was I felt like a total jerk.
