A Question About Linked Images And Hovering!, My Linked Images Are In Blue Boxes, I'd LIke Them To Be Lighter Bl Options

Hey what's up guys, I have a bit a problem.

On my profile I'm trying to to make my linked images have lighter blue borders by default. As of now, they're the link blue, dark blue that is.


What I'd like is for the borders of my images to be light blue, and when hovered over the border turn white.
