Uncovering the ad banner, Can't figure it out Options

Hey guys,

Im stuck on trying to unhide the ad banner with this div layout. This is the one from the site, i haven't modified it yet with the colors and info i want to use. I have been trying figure this out and im getting nowhere. I was wondering if sombody could help me. I would be thankful for any help.
