code smashing boxes together, custom friends code changing spacing on a page Options

i don't know what the problem is
but this code for a top friends, when put in, smashes all the boxes together. not the friends pics. i mean extended network, blogs, about me will all be right up against eachohter with no space in between. and teh same on the other side, contact box, url box, interests column will be right up on eachohter. no space at all between them
