Blog size....HELP!! |

I've tried every code in the book and I still can't get the blog to disappear allowing the About me section to move up! Even when I get the blog to disapppear it still leaves that empty space that just won't go away. I concluded that maybe I need to minimize the size of the blog itself by changing the text spacing and size. I've tried different ways but nothing works!!!! Please help me I'm getting really frustrated.
