Is it possible to have multiple backgrounds? I want to have one background repeating vertically, and one repeating horizontal and vertically. It's for this:
 I want to have this repeating vertically:  And I want this pattern repeating behind the whole layout:  Is this possible? I've tried using tables, but I didn't know what the heck I was doing.  I hope someone can help me.
