PTSD Options

I'm well aware that I could just google this, but since I don't know much about it I'm not going to just go with any 'ole thing and call it fact.

Well, my brother is coming back from Iraq soon. He didn't pass his psych evalution. He was having trouble sleeping and was having nightmares and they gave him pills for it. He's easily spooked now, which is somewhat typical for people coming back from war.

He's been told that he has PTSD. I was just wondering if anyone has credible sources of information so I know more about it and can be better prepared.
