My tables cover too much of my actual layout... Options

I've tried to mess with the width of the tables, but I'm not sure if I was messing with the right one. So, Here is the original code that is still making the tables of my layout cover too much of my actual layout. The comments width seems to be the problem, but I don't have any picture comments.. here's a picture of my layout... and then the code follows... Please help.
