Extended network banner Options

So, I've hidden my blogs, as well as my extended network,
& I want to add a picture above there still like this.
It's not working out for me though, the coding I have in
look like this:

All of this is in the about my section, the only problem is, I can't
seem to bring down the image I have, it's up too high. Help?
