Random scribbling in top corner..., And I cant get rid of it! Options

Hey....

I'm designing a layout and this is it:

But... If you can see... in the top left corner theres all this crap stuff, like writing and stuff... that actually looks like my little links box and my original layout (before the advertisement box loads you can actually see my picture!). But I cant figure out how to get rid of it! And it looks so ugly!

Can anyone help?

Would love some help please... if anyones got a sec...


And... is there anyway to get rid of the advertisement...? It gets right in the way of my layout!!! (Or what coding would I change to move the whole layout down????)
