Uppercase / fonts mix of my CSS, the text next to the pic becomes a mix of two settings Options

My prob is hard to explain but if you take a look at my profile http://www.myspace.com/popneverstop I have the uppercased text with "small letters" at some parts because it's nice but at for example the about me part I have arial 9 wituot uppercase. I yopu take a look at the text next to my pic it's not uppercase but still small letters as font. It's a mixture of my settings for my interest text and I think it's the friends box text. I want to edit that text perticular because it's becomes very small when it's that mix. Its a hard prob to explain but when you take a look at my profile i think its cinda obvious.

I also thinks it's ugly when the text is as far away from the pic as it is, so if someone has a code for that it would be brilliant.
