Problems with a CREATEBLOG Div Layout, please help Options

Hi guys i am new to these forums and i just wanted to say hi and stuff along with a question that i would like to get answered.

So i have always used createblog and have always been pleased with the website, its a great group and usually very user friendly. Unfortunately i am not so inclined on computer technology html or anything that has to do with div really, and ran into a small problem that i am having with one particular layout. you can find it here Knoll DIV Layout anyways what my problem is, is that
1) the navigational box is coming up with a scroll bar in it.
2) inside that scroll box is
a. the comment box (hidden somewhere i dont know where it can possibly be)
b. the pictures of ppl going across the bottom of the screen

well thats what i figured because neither a nor b are showing up on my page PLUS i saw in my navigational box the pictures going across the very far right hand corner bottom of the box.
