Hover Link Help Options

How do I make the top links [Home, Browse, Search, etc.] stay the way it is, which would be hovered and changed color & font, and enlargened.

But, how do I make the rest of the links on my page [Pics, Videos, View This Blog, Pisces, FRIEND, etc.] make it so the boldness goes away when hovered.

If you don't understand me, please ask me to rephrase.
