Okay, so, a while back I had some problems getting my computer to start up (an HP zv5340us) and I took in to get it fix but I ended up loosing all my information and lost a lot of money because the guy pretty much ripped me off.
I didn't have anything else wrong with my computer, I did virus scans and never came across a virus. I used Norton. The person who fixed my computer reinstalled Windows. Now I have problems with my programs stalling and when I surf the web pictures load more blurry and distorted. I try calling Best Buy (the place where I bought and "fixed" my computer) but for them to look at it it would cost more money and no guarantee they'd be able to fix it. My dad oftered to buy me a computer, so here's my question. What would be the best kind for someone who wants lots of space (for photos and such). I like the computer I have now, it's just that there's something wrong with it. |
