div layout video Options

hi uh... i was making this div layout and i'm trying to put two things on it. 1. a headline w/ text that glows. but that code won't show up. and 2. a video and it's just not apearing in the scroll boxes.

the code for the video is on there. it's supposed to show up under where it gives the dimensions.

and the headline code i took out cause it's upsetting me but it's supposed to say "Optimistic Photo and Video"
