Getting a picture from c drive to myspace page Options

I have been looking and looking through all of these topics and began to understand a little of the basics. My problem is, though, that I don't know what to do with the background of choice that I have saved in my computer as far as getting it in the whole:

thing! Can someone please help. Is this even the right stuff to be typing in? I would like everything, even the white box, to be the particular background I have saved...is that possible? This is all for myspace.com
