Removing Top Box and Extra Space at Bottom, Help needed please Options

Apologies if this has been posted before.

I've managed to hide the bottom links and whatnot in my profile, but after putting in all of this code for everything, I'm stuck with some extra space at the bottom of my profile, below my details and my moved contact box. I'd like to get rid of this, because, before I added some other code (not sure which part, I've gotten kind of lost in some of it...sad, I know), it wasn't there.

Also, I'd like to know if it's at all possible to get rid of the blue box at the top of the page. If so, could someone give me the code needed to do so? If not, that's all right as well.
