the font wont change!, i tried soo many times Options

well, if u look at my site, the titles of my tables are arial, but i want them to be times new roman, and in my code i put times new roman, but still IT WILL NOT CHANGE to times new roman. can soemoen please help me with this? because i really like my code already, but i cant figure out what to change to make the fonts actually change. help anyone? thnx!
