resized default image now fuzzy Options

I used the scripts topics to figure out how to resize the images in my page and got the sizes of the images exactly how i'd like them, but now my default image is distorted. Is this because of the file size of the downloaded picture itself, or is there something else in the code I can change? here's my url if it helps: http://www.myspace.com/giabella23
