Layout problem, won't do what it's supposed to |

The layout is supposed to look like this:
http://www.createblog.com/layouts/preview.php?id=4091 with the comment boxes and all the rest of the boxes being clear so you can see the background, but instead you get this: http://www.myspace.com/brittanis Does anyone know why, and if someone does, would they help me fix it, please? |
