getting rid of "Blurbs" orange bar |

 i know how to get rid of the "about me" blah blah orange text stuff but after i have those orange bars. how do i get rid of them without getting rid of the other blue tables that say 'music' 'movies' 'general' 'interest', etc? PLEAASE I NEED HELP. |
