end table border missing Options

im asking for help for the 2nd time. but first i'd like to thank all of you for taking the time to explain to us, little ignorant people, what we do wrong

okay so here's my problem: there's no border line at the end of my "camille's blurbs" table. i might have deleted something but i cant figure out how.
