Okay, im kinda learning step by step html coding and all that stuff. i'm trying to create a div overlay.. and i wanted to make a layout. but the thing is that i can't find any pictures or some sort to make it. so i was wondering.. how do you guys make div overlays with all those cool pictures and stuff. cuz its pretty kool. but do you use like photoshop or something?
